📖 Teaching Profile

  • •Over 10 years of teaching experience in MOE primary schools, specialising in Chinese Language and Higher Chinese Language across Primary 1 to Primary 6.
  • •Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan (SHHK) Chinese Teaching Scholar, awarded in recognition of strong subject mastery and teaching potential.
  • •Strong understanding of PSLE requirements, with experience as a PSLE marker for both Paper 1 and Paper 2.
  • •Experienced in teaching students of varying language abilities and supporting them in building a stronger foundation, improving steadily, and gaining confidence in Chinese.
  • •Has taught in SHHK-affiliated schools since 2014, with extensive experience in Singapore's primary school Chinese curriculum.

• Every child can learn and grow with confidence when given the right guidance, encouragement and structure. • Learning is not one-size-fits-all. Lessons are thoughtfully designed to suit each child’s learning pace, strengths and areas for improvement.

💛 A Little About Me

Outside the classroom, I enjoy gardening and drawing. These interests remind me that, like plants, children grow best with patience, care, and encouragement. I enjoy bringing creativity and warmth into my lessons to make learning meaningful and enjoyable.
